Credits are applied instantly and automatically — no manual review required. If your credits haven’t arrived after 5 minutes, please contact support with your order number.
Q Which AI models does WoAiToken support?
We currently support the full OpenAI model lineup (including GPT-4o, GPT-4, and GPT-3.5-turbo) and the Anthropic Claude 3 series (Opus, Sonnet, and Haiku). We continuously track major model updates to expand coverage.
Q Do activation keys expire?
Activation keys are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Once redeemed, the credits have no expiry — use them at your own pace until fully consumed.
Q Can I stack multiple activation keys on the same account?
Yes. Each key is applied independently and credits accumulate on your account. You can top up as many times as needed — all balances stack together.
Q Can I get a refund after purchase?
As a virtual product, activation keys are non-refundable once redeemed. If your key is defective (fails to activate), please contact support within 24 hours of purchase — we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
